We charge no “booking” or other obscure fees when you book directly with us. We created this website to enable you to rent directly from us and avoid additional charges that add nothing more to the service we offer our guests. - Premium Quality Accommodations
Each of our privately-hired maids cleans her own house each week, so she knows it well. We supply our own linens, towels and bedding and they are laundered on site. Our pools are cleaned twice a week throughout the year. Trash is picked up two times each week directly from the service yard. - Location, Location, Location
All of our properties are in Hilton Head Island’s Sea Pines. Three of our properties overlook Sea Pines’ Atlantic Dunes Golf Course, and they are within 500 yards of on one of the best Atlantic Ocean beaches on the East Coast. Our fourth house is less than 300 yards from the 13th and 14th greens of Harbour Town’s legendary PGA Heritage Classic Course. - Pet Friendly
We are dog lovers. We prefer to bring our two dogs with us when we vacation, and we know some of our guests do also. So we allow up to two dogs in each of our houses with no limit on breed or size. With fenced in yards and green areas for your dogs, all of our properties are truly pet friendly. - Electronic Front Door Lock
Prior to your arrival, you will be given a your personal four-digit code for the front door. So you, your family and guests will each be free to come and go any time as you please.
